kinako is a roasted soy bean flour which is a superfood that Japan is proud of.

Our ice cream is made with KINAKO.

Only carefully selected ingredients, including Tanba black soybean kinako, are used, and no scientific coloring or preservatives are used.

It is made without using any preservatives and with minimal fat content.
